2. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents the hair restoration services offered by the Clinic (including FUE hair transplant), information about procedures, indicative prices, results and news, and allows users to request an appointment or an online consultation.
3. Medical information disclaimer
All content published on the Website is for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The information does not replace an in-person consultation with a qualified physician. Any decision regarding a medical procedure should be taken only after a consultation with one of our doctors, who will assess your individual situation.
4. Appointments and online consultations
Submitting an appointment or online consultation request through the Website does not constitute a contract for medical services. A request is confirmed only after a representative of the Clinic contacts you and agrees with you on the date, time and conditions.
The online consultation is a preliminary assessment based on the information and photos you provide. Its accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of that information, and the final treatment plan is established only after an in-person examination.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please notify us as early as possible, preferably at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Prices and payments
Prices displayed on the Website are indicative and may change without prior notice. The final price for a procedure is established after the consultation, depending on the number of grafts, the technique used and your individual needs, and will be communicated to you before the procedure. Payment terms, any advance payments and the cancellation conditions are set out in the agreement signed with the Clinic before the procedure.
6. Results
Results of hair restoration procedures vary from person to person and depend on factors such as age, type of hair loss, donor area quality, general health and compliance with post-operative instructions. Before-and-after photos and testimonials shown on the Website illustrate results obtained by individual patients and do not represent a guarantee of a similar outcome. Photos of patients are published only with their consent.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including texts, photos, videos, graphics, logos and the Bucharest Hair Institute name, is the property of the Clinic or is used with the permission of its owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, reproducing, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in Romania.
